Shabbat Shalom!
Join us every Friday Night. Shabbat is the heartbeat of our week at Temple B’nai Sholom. As the sun sets each Friday, we gather in our historic sanctuary to welcome a time of rest, reflection, and renewal. Our services bridge the familiar with the new through music, personal connection, and a sermon from Rabbi Schwartz or guest speakers.
We embrace a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and identities—life-long Jews, interfaith families, Jews of color, LGBTQ+ Jews, people with disabilities, and those who are just beginning to explore Jewish life. Whether you’re seeking tradition, community, spiritual nourishment, or simply a quiet place to pause, you are welcome here.

Shabbat Kulanu
Join us once a month, Fridays, 6:15pm-7:00pm.
Gather with us for a warm, music-filled Shabbat designed especially for families with children in Pre-K through 6th grade—yet welcoming to every member of our Temple community. We invite all ages to sing, move, and share blessings together. Whether you attend with young kids, grown children, or on your own, you’ll find an atmosphere that is participatory, accessible, and joyful—a chance to greet Shabbat as kulanu, “all of us,” united in prayer and community.
Tot Shabbat
Join us once a month, Saturdays, 10:00am-12:00pm.
Join us for a joyful, half-hour Shabbat designed for families with children five and under—and their older siblings. This Shabbat sing-along weaves simple prayers, lively songs, movement, and a short story so little ones can wiggle and clap while adults model participation. After the service, we continue the celebration with a relaxed potluck brunch where families connect and share Shabbat warmth. The pace is gentle, the energy welcoming, and everyone is invited to greet Shabbat together.
